I have dedicated over 20 years of my life to researching and developing products in the Health & Wellness space. I’ve had the privilege of co-founding many successful brands and launching over 50 health products that remain on the market today.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with some of the most brilliant minds in the industry and maintained close research partnerships with many top universities and technical institutes in Canada, the US, and around the world. As part of an international “think tank” dedicated to new and novel supplements and ingredients, I have been at the forefront of developing innovative and natural solutions for a variety of health concerns as well as preventative health measures.
Around 10 years ago, I became intrigued with an ancient Ayurvedic health and longevity tonic called shilajit. While studying the historical use of shilajit by ancient medicine men who called it “The Destroyer of Weakness” and its modern-day use in the former USSR’s space program and Olympic teams, I was fascinated by its effects on energy, focus, and recovery. However, after testing various forms for years, I found that the quality and results of shilajit were inconsistent. While some samples were highly nutritious and effective, others were almost devoid of nutrients and provided no noticeable effects.
As I delved deeper into shilajit’s purported healing, rejuvenating, and preventative properties, including its potential for preventing conditions such as cancer, inflammation, and dementia, I realized that I needed to take a stronger preventive approach to my own health. Both my mother and father were diagnosed with cancer, and my father tragically succumbed to the disease in 2013. This experience motivated me to embark on a mission to find the purest and most nutrient-dense source deposit of shilajit and to isolate the active medicinal ingredients of humic and fulvic acids.
After many months of analyzing, researching, and experimenting with numerous samples from around the world, I discovered a deposit located near the pristine Canadian Rocky Mountains that was unusually high in nutrients, low in heavy metals, and free of mycotoxins. By partnering with a biotechnology company and utilizing proprietary processes to extract, purify, and nanoparticulate the active molecules of fulvic and humic acids, we created AEON, an ultra-concentrated and bioavailable version of these essential ingredients. I’m confident that AEON will be a game changer in nutrition and supplementation, with the potential to benefit both humans and pets alike.
