Anyone who has busy mornings knows that smoothies are the way to go. They’re fast, portable, and tasty! Here are some of our favourite recipes at AEON.

Detox Smoothie
Indulged a bit too much? Feeling bloated and sluggish? This is the smoothie for you. This smoothie is beneficial because of the antioxidants of the berries and leafy greens, and the detox properties of True AEON. Serves 1-2
Ingredients:
- 1-2 (one for each serving) droppers (2 mL) of True AEON Fulvic and Humic acid supplement
- 1 cup of frozen berries (any kind, but blueberries are a favourite)
- 1 cup of organic spinach or kale (don’t worry, you won’t be able to taste it)
- ½ of peeled and frozen banana
- 1 tbsp flax seeds or chia seeds
- 1 cup fruit juice
- Optional: 2 tbsp silken tofu
Directions:
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. If you think it’s too thick, add more juice or water. For more sweetness, add more banana.
- Pour into one or two glasses and enjoy!
Peach Cobbler Breakfast Smoothie
This delicious smoothie has all the benefits of a healthy breakfast and the portability of a smoothie. Perfect for the busy-body!
Ingredients:
- 1-2 (one for each serving) droppers (2 mL) of True AEON Fulvic and Humic acid supplement
- 2 ripe peaches, pitted and quartered
- 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds
- ¼ cup rolled oats (gluten free optional)
- ½ frozen peeled banana
- ¼ cup orange juice
- ½ cup unsweetened almond or oat milk
- Optional: 1 tbsp honey, agave, or maple syrup
Directions:
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Add more juice or milk if too thick. Add more banana to thicken.
- Serve and enjoy!
Blueberry Power Smoothie
This smoothie is perfect as a post-workout snack. This smoothie is full of muscle-building protein. Not only is it healthy, it’s tasty too!
Ingredients:
- 1-2 (one for each serving) droppers (2 mL) of True AEON Fulvic and Humic acid supplement
- ½ cup low fat yogurt
- 3 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ¼-½ tsp maple extract
- ¼ tsn vanilla extract
- 2 tsp flax or chia seed meal
- Honey, maple syrup, agave, or sweetener of choice to taste
- 10-15 ice cubes
- ¼ cup water or milk of choice
Directions:
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Add more water or milk if too thick. To thicken, add more blueberries or ice.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy!
